FZG/YZG Square And Round Static Vacuum Dryer
It is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material into the environment of vacuum for heating and drying. If use vacuum pump to draw air and humidity out, the dry speed will be faster.
It is suitable for drying of thermal sensitive materials easily resolved. Polymerized or deteriorated under higher temperature and it is wide used in pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff and electronic industries.
FZG/YZG Square And Round Static Vacuum Dryer Features:
1. Vacuum dry is to let the raw material be dried at vacuum conditions heating and drying. It uses a vacuum pump to pump damp and make the working chamber form vacuum status. Therefore the dry speed of raw material is quickened and the energy is saved greatly.
2. Vacuum dry is divided into static and dynamic drier. Model FZG round vacuum drier or Model FZG square vacuum drier belongs to static drier. Model SZG double cone rotating vacuum drier belongs to dynamic drier. When raw material is dried in a static drier, raw material is in a static state and its shape can not be destroyed.
3. Before drying, it can carry out the treatment of disinfection. When raw material is dried in dynamic drier, raw material is turned over ceaselessly. So it can be dried better and more uniformly.
4. In the state of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will be dropped. Therefore it is suitable for drying raw materials that are unstable or thermal sensitive. The vacuum drier also has good air-tightness. So it is also suitable for drying raw materials that contain strong irritative and toxic gases and the solvent needs to recover.
5. The vacuum drier has been widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, dyestuff, and so on. Air conforms with the requirements of GMP.
