APK-820W High-speed rotary premade pouch packing machine with screw feeding system is made by the “Z” shape feeding conveyor,electric weigher,rotary packing machine and plateform. The multi-heads weigher is suitable for high measuring precision and easy crushed bulk material quantitative packing.With the open zipper device,all kind of zipper pouches can be opened automatically.You can adjust the packing speed,temperature,capacity,bag length,all display at the touch screen and you can print the manufacturer expire date up to 4 lines on the date printer.The whole conveyor is made of 304 stainless steel, that qualified for food packaging.With 8 stations workflow,each work station can run to make each station work stable.

High-speed Rotary Premade Pouch Packing Machine Working Process:
1.Fill the product into the z-type conveyor’s feeding bin,and start the conveyor to complete the product delivery;

2.Z type conveyor will load the product into the electronic combination scale,accurate material quality weighing;

3.Complete the pouch clamping,pouch coding,pouch opening and other operations for the main rotary packing machine;

4.The electronic combination scale will put the weighed products into the pouch along the feeding port;

5.Seal the packed pouches with the pouch type through the rotary packing machine and the pouches are exported from the finished products;

6.The finished products are packed by the conveyor,or the transported to other packing machine or the next step.
