Allpack 5-30L pesticide filling machine drum automatic liquid filling line is used for liquid products packaging from 5-30L. The whole drum filling line is made of manual drum feeding, pesticide filling machine, automatic cap elevator, capping machine, induction sealing machine, inkjet printer, labeling machine, and semi-automatic palletizing machine, vacuum pneumatic lifting machine.
The pesticide filling machine is composed of a linear scale platform (with roller table), chain push rod in and out mechanism, fast and slow filling (with motor diving) mechanism, feeding transition liquid tank, weighing control instrument, and programmable control unit. The liquid filling scale can meet the needs of various liquid automatic weighing and filling and can achieve the filling without foam.
